In Lifting the Veil: Behind the Scenes of Ehrengard, we gain a unique insight into the collaboration between Queen Margrethe II and director Bille August in creating the visual universe for the Netflix film Ehrengard, based on Karen Blixen’s novella. The documentary shows how they worked on sets, costumes, and details—resulting in 81 decoupage works and 51 costume designs created by Queen Margrethe II herself.
